OPERATIONS BOARD
The role of the Saving Lost Kids’ Board of Operations is to:
- guide the Saving Lost Kids division by establishing division policies and objectives
- advise and support the president, director, and CEO.
- assist the availability of adequate financial resources
- advise in annual budgets and strategic planning
- account for the ethics, compliance, and performance of the Saving Lost Kids division
